Extensive tumor involvement of the right breast including prominent skin infiltration.  All of the visualized breast parenchyma enhances abnormally, suspicious for diffuse tumor infiltration.  Multiple focal nodular masses adjacent to the chest wall probably represents metastatic disease to lymph nodes.
Diagnosis: Inflammatory breast cancer (infiltrating ductal carcinoma), positive nodes
Although there is a radical change in the breast over the preceding 6 months, it is important to indicate on any non-contrast breast implant MRI report that "The protocols used for this study are designed to evaluate the integrity of breast implants and do not asses for the presence of breast malignancy."
