| Diagnosis: Fibroadenoma |
| Fibroadenomas can have a variety of enhancement patterns. The literature reports enhancement ranging from none to mimicking invasive carcinoma. Morphologically on MRI, nonenhancing internal septations and macrolobulation are the most helpful in suggesting the diagnosis of fibroadenoma. |
