History:
78-year-old man with hypertension and differential blood pressures in the upper extremities.
Tasks
- Identify the study and the organization of the images
- How was this study performed
- Identify the major anatomic structures
- Identify possible abnormalities (hint: look for absence of structures and changes between pre- and posttreatment images)
- Based on the images and clinical history, think of some possible conditions or diseases that may be present
- What are the possible roles of imaging in this clinical situation
- Which other tests might be appropriate, and if there are multiple tests, how would you choose among them
